The applicant must provide accurate, current information and documents. Cablevision may request clarification, replacement documents, or a site survey before making a decision.
Plans and charges
Only active Cablevision ERP plan records are displayed. Final service details and approved charges are confirmed in the application, contract, and installation workflow.
Documents and contact
The applicant permits Cablevision to verify submitted documents and addresses and to contact the registered mobile number or email about the application.
Existing service terms
Approved applicants remain subject to the final subscriber contract and applicable service policies. These application terms do not replace the executed subscriber contract.
