Cablevision collects applicant identity and contact details, installation and billing addresses, service choices, valid identification, proof of address, application activity, consent evidence, and limited technical request data such as IP address and browser user agent.
Purpose
Information is used to verify identity and address, assess coverage, review and process applications, schedule surveys or installation, communicate application updates, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and preserve required operational records.
Access and sharing
Access is limited to authorized Cablevision personnel and approved service providers needed to operate secure hosting, communications, document scanning, or legal compliance. Uploaded identity documents are not attached to ordinary email notifications.
Retention and security
Applicant documents are held in private storage with access and replacement history. Retention periods must follow approved company policy and applicable law. No raw private storage path is provided to public users.
Your choices and rights
Applicants may contact Cablevision to request access, correction, or other action permitted by applicable privacy law. Operational or legal retention obligations may limit deletion.
